Upfluence allows brands and agencies to collaborate with millions of social media creators and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns. Since its launch in October 2016, Upfluence has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Lyon, and Paris offices. 

As a Customer Expansion partner on the Customer Success department, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and retention of our client base. You will be responsible for evaluating existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels to ensure retention. This role demands a proactive approach to relationship management, with a keen focus on leveraging customer feedback and data to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Account Growth: Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Develop and execute strategies for upsells, cross-sells, and account retention.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and consistent support.
  • Retention Strategy: Proactively address issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize churn.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer’s voice within Upfluence, sharing feedback to influence product improvements and enhance the overall experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, using data to inform strategies and optimize results.

Qualifications

  • A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to align business strategy to client needs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with a track record of achieving retention or sales goals.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
