What we expect from you

As a Growth Hacker, reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving scalable growth strategies that impact every stage of the customer lifecycle. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy marketer who thrives on experimentation and innovation. If you're passionate about identifying unconventional growth opportunities, optimizing funnels, and leveraging cutting-edge tools to drive results, we’d love to have you on our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute growth strategies across the entire inbound marketing funnel, from awareness to contract, using a mix of paid, organic, and viral tactics to drive user acquisition and conversions.

Run rapid experimentation with A/B testing, data analysis, and growth hacking techniques to uncover scalable opportunities and continuously iterate for improvement.

Optimize acquisition funnels to boost demo booking, activations, and conversions, with a focus on maximizing ROI at every stage.

Leverage advanced tools and technology, including AI and automation, to enhance marketing workflows, target customers more effectively, and scale systems efficiently.

Design and manage performance marketing campaigns such as SEM, social ads (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn), partnerships and affiliations, and emerging channels to uncover new revenue streams.

Collaborate across teams—including sales, product, and marketing—to ensure alignment and a seamless customer journey.

Track and analyze performance metrics, using data to inform strategy, uncover insights, and continuously optimize growth tactics.

Identify new opportunities and tailor approaches to engage diverse audiences, always staying ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms.

 

This job is for you if:

  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment. B2B SaaS experience is a must.
  • You have a proven track record of driving growth across multiple channels, with expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • You are both creative and analytical, with a strategic mindset and a passion for results-driven marketing.
  • You are highly skilled with marketing tools and tech, and you’re adept at leveraging AI, automation, and emerging platforms to enhance campaign impact.
  • You thrive on experimentation and innovation, always looking for ways to challenge the status quo and uncover new opportunities.
  • You operate with a high level of attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to achieving goals.
  • You are fluent in English, as this role supports global operations with a focus on the NORAM market.
